As you know, we have been planning on releasing copy versions of our collars when we get the time. RL has delayed this until now, as well as waiting for a finalized version of the new Open Collar.
We may forgo waiting for the finalized version of OC 4+ (since it doesn't seem like it is coming any time soon), and start updating all collars as we have time. As the collars are updated, full release collars will also be updated to Modify/Copy/No Transfer permissions.
