Customer Service Reminder

Please realize that we cannot provide support for items we have not produced, but we always try to have the resources available to you for guidance through links on our blog.  You may continue to send Katanya notecards for support, and she will do her best to point you in the right direction.

This especially applies to any OpenCollar issues.  If any OC function is not working on your collar, make sure you are using the latest update or try a <prefix> reboot.  There is an OpenCollar group available for more help.
