Policy/Customer Service Reminder

This is a reminder that there are no refunds or transfers for accidental purchases.  What is an example of an accidental purchase you might ask?  If you meant to buy a different color, a different collar, or had intended to buy something as a gift but didn't click the Gift button in world or on the Marketplace, or mis-entered the giftee's name.  This is not a new policy, and we have had it in place for some time.

Should these happen to you, we will deal with it on a case by case basis.  If you decide to yell at us, or otherwise become disrespectful or nasty, consider your case dismissed.

Also please note, that as much as we hate to do so, threatening messages to us, to include threatening to share chat logs, will be met with an Abuse Report as you are breaking the Linden Labs Terms of Service.

We hope everyone can understand this.  As merchants in SL, there are no real rules to protect us, which is why we have established and posted policies so you know what to expect from us.  We are here to enjoy SL, just like you are, and we want to have mutually enjoyable interactions and transactions with you.  We cannot do so if there isn't mutual respect, understanding, and calm.
