Just to let everyone know where we stand on updating the OpenCollar scripts in our collars. All of our collars are still at OpenCollar version 6.4. We are aware the OpenCollar scripting effort has branched off into two distinct versions: the version from the original creators of OpenCollar, and the version offered by the FireFlower group. As we do not want to assume which of these versions our customers prefer, we are leaving that choice up to you, and leaving the scripts in our existing collars as they are.
This means that if you would like to update the scripts in your collar, you will need to choose between the available branches and get an updater from that group. The original OpenCollar creators are maintaining a website at https://opencollar.cc/ where you can read about their version of the collar. The FireFlower group maintains a website at https://www.opencollar.at/ where you can read about their version of the collar. You can receive an updater for the original OpenCollar creators' version at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Vineyard%20Isle%20Valley/199/185/2002, or you can receive an updater for the FireFlower group's version of the collar at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Arcadia/86/211/21.
We hope this information is helpful to you all. As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to drop Katanya Mistral a notecard, or fill out the form at our blog, http://ame-sl.blogspot.com/p/contact-us.html

OpenCollar Drama & Quick Notice
This is a notice to let all of our customers know that there is currently a dispute going on between the owners/developers of OpenCollar.
While we were going to be updating all versions of our collars in the next few weeks, we are now waiting for the dust to settle on this whole fiasco before proceeding. We hope you all understand. We will also not comment further on the developing OC situation after this notice.
For those that wish to update on their own, as we always encourage you to do, please be aware that version 6.7 that is offered at the previous OC locations is not being officially supported by the OC group. (The OC Temple and Sidekick are no longer part of the official project, and are now run by the VirtualDisgrace project FireFlower.) That version should still work, but we wanted you to be aware of what we are learning. The official OC group is now beta testing a version 7.0. This is available through the OpenCollar R&D group. We are not currently aware of what differences there are between these two versions, but hope to get some time in the near future to work this out and assess the benefits of each.
Also, as a quick note, the official Relay For Life season ended in SL and our vendors and kiosks for donations have poofed from the main store. We will see if there is an off-season kit available to get these back up as soon as we are able.

Gacha Collars Updated
All current gacha offerings have been rebuilt or updated to OpenCollar version 6.4.
We will not swap your collar for a Mod/Copy version of one of the gacha collars. Gacha collars do not come with improved animations. Gacha collars are unlikely to receive any further updates.
We will consider one per person exchanges of OC 3.x versions of Ăˆirich, Luma'cam, Milya'appa, and The Enchanted Beanstalk collars. Follow instructions from this post: http://ame-sl.blogspot.com/2016/09/have-you-updated-to-opencollar-6x-yet.html

OC 6.4 Updates Complete
We are sure most of you have already applied OpenCollar updates to your collars prior to this notice, but we wanted to let you all know that we have taken the time to go through and manually update all collars available in world and on Marketplace to OpenCollar 6.4. Some of our customers seem confused by the OC update process, so we hope this helps.
This update did not include a change to our updater system, so you will not be prompted to have, nor will you be sent an updated collar from our system. Should you need the update, you can visit the redelivery terminal at our main store, or request a redelivery from any of our in world vendors (left click one of our vendors, choose the "Redeliver" button; this can also be done from any other CasperVend merchant, but it is easier for you if it is one of ours).
If you need any help with OC updates, or other features, please send Katanya Mistral a notecard or use the contact page here on the blog.
For those of you that are still being prompted by our system about an update to your collar: this is from the updates we did last year, 2016, in February and March. If you have questions on this, please contact Katanya Mistral as well, but to stop receiving these you can either opt out of the update system or make sure you wear the collar in the latest package delivered to you.
