It has come to our attention that there was a permissions bug with these collars and customers may have received a no mod version. We apologize for this. If this is the case, please send me an IM or notecard so we can get this exchanged for you.
Open Collar is still prepping their version 4.0+, and it is currently in pre-release form. When it is official, we will update our collars to the new scripts/build. Please note that this new build will add prims to your collars, which is beyond our control. We will offer an exchange program when this happens.
